Crispy, buttery crust with a creamy matcha custard. Not too sweet, with a nice earthy matcha flavor. A must-try for matcha fans! and also the egg tart was really good

My sister and I had lunch at French Avenue today, and we ordered the Chicken Pesto Crêpe—it was a 10/10! Everything was delicious, and the flavors were perfect. The service was also amazing! The two ladies working today were so warm and welcoming, which made our experience even better. If you’re looking for the perfect lunch, I would definitely recommend trying one of their savory crêpes. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

The blonde female worker was so disrespectful. She had an attitude towards my friend and I, but was very cordial to the other customers. Told the other customers shes sorry about the wait when she gave them their food but to my friend and I she ignored us. You would think that getting expensive crepes would at least guarantee a decent experience. The other cashier was very sweet and welcoming, but the blonde should not work there if shes going to be so negative, especially if people drive far to try their products. Found this place because of tiktok, but very disappointed.

Came here after a long week when I just needed something sweet. Ordered the matcha egg tart( hidden menu!) and it completely hit the spot.💚🍵 The shell is nicely crispy, and the filling is smooth matcha cream with a light dusting of matcha powder on top. It tastes surprisingly close to the matcha cream puffs I used to eat back home (西树家的抹茶感！). Not overly strong, just clean and lightly sweet really brought back some childhood memories. I also tried the strawberry banana crepe and took a Dubai chocolate one to go. Both were solid. The pistachio matcha drink is nice for warmer days too. The cafe has a simple, pleasant French inspired vibe and the staff is friendly. The matcha is freshly whisked, which is a nice touch. Location is convenient right inside Irvine Spectrum, easy to stop by after parking. I also love all other food I ordered here: Strawberries banana crepes and Dubai chocolate crepes to go. All freshly made! Would happily come back for that matcha egg tart again. Worth the extra walk around the mall just to justify the calories.

Cute, little store! I popped in to satisfy my sweet cravings. An order of (3) mini beignets was enough to satisfy! Consisted of two chocolate filled and one vanilla cream filled. They also have crepes (sweet and savory), macarons, croissants, gelato/ice cream, sandwiches, coffee, and assorted drinks.
